A Maclaren. They are light weight, easy to get in and out of the car. Can be used from birth and up, reclines I think in 5 different positions. It is also easy to clean! I have two Maclarens, a double and a single and LOVE both of them!
Edit: Maclaren Volo is 8.6lbs, Maclaren Triumph is 11lbs, Maclaren Quest is 12lbs. And they all recline and have a basket!
