Sole Proprietor/Taxes due. Inventory of products from China are defective (65%) ,how do I write it off as??
I bought 5000 vases for my business, 65% were defective and the import company just vanished. Does this inventory count as current assets or do you double my costs/? For example, each vase was 3..00 from China, do I now say its value is now 7.00? Any advice how to handle this is appreciated. Thanks.
