Most people all over the world have used tea as beverage. There are many kinds of tea but they are generally patronized by people not only because of their flavour and aroma but also for their health benefits. Tea has been known as an antioxidant and green tea has the highest levels among the different types of tea.

Aside from the tea itself, herbal medicines can also be infused to combine with the tea. One of the most popular is the ginseng tea. Other herbal medicines that are consumed as tea include plant leaves, flowers or fruits and are mixed as infusions.
Like any other tea, green tea as a beverage can be prepared in different ways. It can be drunk as it is, mixed with sugar and milk or cream, or in combination with fruit juices like lemon and orange. The popularity of green tea has led many manufacturers to sell bottled drink with several flavours and ready to drink so that you can drink it cold while on the go.

Of course it hurts. Not only do you have diarrhea, you have that awful stomach ache, too. My aunt had apple trees and each year I’d eat enough to get sick on my visit there. Luckily, we moved before I pooped myself inside out. LOL
