Effective Herbal Remedies for Hair Loss

Herbs hold an appeal for many people, obviously, because it’s natural healing mechanisms to support the body to cure the cause of the problem rather than solve only the symptoms. It would be wrong to plant any hair loss as a panacea for all patients – it is increasingly clear, however, which indicate that some herbal remedies offer real hope for many people.

Consider the case for some of the most popular means to determine if it worth a try.

Pygeum (Pygeum africanum) – derived from the bark of a tree, it works much like green tea. It is widely used to treat prostate problems and to treat male hair loss. Users should take 60-500mg per day as a tablet or capsule.

Saw Palmetto (Serano repens) – this is the current treatment of choice for many people because of its ability to protect the prostate, slow hair loss and promote regrowth of hair. It is the central element of many commercial treatments for hair loss, but can be easily prepared obtained in pure form. The recommended dose is one 160 mg capsule twice a day, but make sure that the ingredients of the bay of non-extract of the dried berries themselves.

Nettle (Urtica diocia) – it has been a long time as a way to prevent hair loss promoted for its ability to block the conversion of testosterone into DHT. It can be taken as tablets or capsules, with an optimal dose of 50-100mg per day. It is particularly effective when combined with Pygeum and Saw Palmetto.

ALBERT TEA Q & A
Royal Albert old country roses backstamp?

I just bought some Royal Albert old country roses fine bone china tea set from craiglist. Lots of the tea cups and saucer’s backstamp, beside it there is a red mark. Some has 2 gold dots. some has one very tiny gold dot. There are no scratch off on any of the backstamp. Are those china second quality? What are those small marks stands for? Does it decrease the value of the china? Where can I find the price for the one that has the special mark on it? Next time when I go shop for collectible, what shall I be aware of?
